The Holo chat and your data

This notice explains how Holoscope SAS processes your data when you use the Holo chat on holoscope.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy and prevails over it for everything related to the chat.

The data controller is Holoscope SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée.

• Your messages and Holo's replies • Your contact details, only if you choose to share them (first name, email, company, job title) • Technical data: IP address, the page you opened the chat from, language, date and time of the exchange

Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat.

• To answer your questions about Holoscope, using an artificial intelligence assistant • To get back to you if you wish, and prepare a possible call with our team: each conversation is sent by email to Hugo de Gentile, co-founder, even if you don't leave your contact details • To protect the service against bots and abuse (per-IP limits, temporary blocks)

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering visitors, growing our business and securing the service, as well as pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Your data is accessible to our team and to our technical service providers, who process it on our behalf and on our instructions: website hosting, provision of the artificial intelligence model, storage, email delivery and booking.

Part of the processing takes place in the United States, with some of our service providers. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) where the provider is certified, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. • Conversations in the chat storage: 7 days, then deleted automatically • Anti-abuse data linked to your IP address: from a few minutes to 3 days • Conversations and contact details emailed to our team: kept for sales follow-up, at most 3 years after our last exchange with you

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, including objecting to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@holoscope.ai.
