1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Holo platform operated by Holoscope SAS ("Holo", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Holo is an organizational context platform that enables enterprises to capture, structure, and query their operational knowledge. The platform includes voice interview tools, knowledge graph generation, third-party integrations, and an API for AI agent access.

3. User Accounts

To use Holo, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@holoscope.ai.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the platform to transmit malware or harmful code • Resell or sublicense the services without written permission • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

Holoscope SAS retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, documentation, and visual design.

You retain ownership of the organizational data and content you upload. By using the platform, you grant Holo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the services.

6. Data Processing

Our data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holoscope SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Holo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
